Music Ministry at Messiah is an exciting and important part of Sunday worship each week! Vocal Choir Our vocal choir rehearses on Sundays at 9am to prepare for the 10am service, and again after coffee hour from 11:30 - 12:15. The choir leads the 10am service with hymn and service music singing, and presents a weekly choral anthem. Anthem selections are diverse and programmed to represent a wide range of musical styles, composers, and liturgical themes. Singing with the Messiah Choir is a wonderful opportunity to explore and express your faith through the beauty of music ~ and to enjoy support and fellowship from your choral colleagues! No prior experience necessary - just a love for music and a willingness to learn! The Messiah Ringers - Handbell Choir The handbell choir rehearses on Sunday afternoons from 12:15 - 1pm. Our bell choir presents anthems for special occasions and services throughout the year. Ringing handbells is FUN, and the people are even more fun! No prior experience necessary - just a love for music and a willingness to learn! View a Bell choir concert on YouTube at this link. Children's Choir Opportunities There are opportunities for children to sing throughout the year! We feature a unison children's chorus during special services.
